How do I reserve equipment?
Use our "Equipment and Request Form" to select the equipment you would like to rent.
You can read over our Rental Agreement here. Once we confirm your order by phone or e mail, we will arrange a 50% deposit of Total Order by credit card.
The balance will be charged to your credit card once products are delivered.
How are the charges for daily rates determined?
Rates are based on calendar days from date of delivery to date of pick up. If you arrive on the 10th and leave on the 15th, you will be charged for six calendar days.
Can I arrange to pick up my rental items?
You can pick up your items or we can deliver them to you.
What are your delivery fees and options?
Equipment can be delivered to private residences, hotels, vacation rentals, or condominiums. A standard delivery fee of $40 applies to all orders unless pick up arrangements are made. Deliveries are normally scheduled between the hours of 9AM and 6PM.
What can I expect when equipment is delivered?
We do request that the person responsible for renting the equipment is available when the equipment is delivered to acknowledge the equipment is satisfactory and to complete and sign the Rental Agreement. If this is not possible we can arrange to assemble products before you arrive at your destination. Please feel free to call us any time with any questions or concerns you might have. We're happy to assist or answer additional questions regarding our equipment.
What if I do not like the product and want to cancel order upon delivery?
We do not offer refunds once products have been delivered but would be happy to find you a different product from our inventory that suites your needs. If you do not want products to be replaced, you will not be refunded for the total order as we could have rented the products to another customer. We do charge a $40 delivery fee for replacing products.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please
let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your confirmed
equipment rental reservation. We will refund your deposit less a $25
administrative fee for cancellations made 72 hours prior to your
scheduled delivery date. Deposits for cancellations made less than 72
hours prior to your scheduled delivery date may not be refunded.
What if my baby does not use the baby equipment rented?
We do not offer refunds or discounts for products not used by baby. Rental orders are final upon delivery. No exceptions.
What happens if I lose or damage the equipment?
Please be aware that in the unfortunate event that rental item(s) are lost, damaged, or permanently stained, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement of the item. Your credit card will be charged for the cost of repairs or replacement cost of the item(s).
What products do you use to clean and sanitize your equipment?
With environmental considerations we thoroughly clean each item using only environmentally safe, non-toxic products. In addition, we apply a disinfectant that is both non-toxic and proven to kill viruses.
